Hello, and welcome to Little Acorn Photography! We're based here in the beautiful, vibrant city of Montgomery, Alabama and proud to be a part of a thriving community of amazing local photographers.

After graduating from the University of Montevallo with a BFA degree in photography, Jackie worked as a professional photographer & manager in a studio setting for nearly five years, first in Birmingham, then here in Montgomery before striking out on her own. As a graphic designer by day, Luke is able to bring his personal sense of composition and "what looks good" to the table when assisting and shooting.

As a team, we both bring our own experiences and abilities. We were seniors in high school once. We're married, so we know what "the day" is like. And now with our own toddling familial addition, we know what it's like as parents. It's a love of sharing and a love of the craft that pushes us and we believe it shows in the work we do, from massive "event" wedding photography to intimate, quiet maternity & newborn photography.
